Run 'pip install dnspython' manually first if you get any errors while trying
to do a 'pip install -r ...', 'pip-compile' or 'pip-sync'.

To fix pkg_resources errors under Ubuntu, run:

	apt-get install --reinstall python-pkg-resources python-setuptools
